Jennifer Campbell is an accomplished adjudicator, studio director, instructor, choreographer and performer. Jennifer is a proud member of the Professional Adjudicator's Alliance and a certified ADA Adjudicator. She has experience adjudicating across Canada, and is fluent in teaching and choreographing all mainstream styles. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) Dance Degree and Bachelor of Education (Dance) Degree both from York University. She is a certified Acrobatic Arts Instructor and is registered with the ADAPT Teacher Training School, entering her final year under the direction of some of Canada’s leading dance professionals including Mr. and Mrs. Foley. Jennifer has successfully entered students in examinations, with some receiving marks of distinction, and has herself completed dance examinations in Ballet (R.A.D.), Jazz (C.D.T.A.), Tap (I.S.T.D.), and Modern (I.S.T.D.). She has produced performances with notable dancers such as Isaiah Peck (The Next Step), Shelby Bain (The Next Step), Thomas Colford (Backstage), and Paul Gordon (Hairspray) among others. She is hired by other studios across Ontario to deliver workshops and set choreography.
As an accomplished studio director for 16 years, Jennifer serves over three-hundred dancers with six instructors on staff. Her studio has been awarded Favourite Dance Studio in Southern Georgian Bay 6 consecutive years, 2014-2019, and she has been voted the region's favourite dance teacher of 2019. She is the proud recipient of numerous local entrepreneurial and culture awards. Jennifer’s dancers have received countless first overall awards, choreographic awards, best in style awards, and national/international scholarships. She is contracted regularly by schools across Simcoe County to deliver effective and engaging dance curricula and is frequently requested to perform and choreograph for community and corporate events. Jennifer stays current in the dance field by hosting and attending master classes and seminars with North American dance professionals.
