Kia Henriksen 

Certified ADTA Teacher: Junior; Intermediate.

Dancing since the age of three, Kia has trained in a variety of styles including Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Acro, Lyrical, and Contemporary.

At sixteen she discovered her passion for teaching and sharing her love of dance.  She has choreographed award-winning competitive numbers in various disciplines and has been inspired by many teachers, peers, professionals and students.

Kia is a fully certified ADAPT instructor; she has successfully prepared many students for ADAPT Jazz and Tap examinations, and has mentored many Junior Instructors and Teaching Assistants over the years. She is an ADTA Premier Professional Instructor; having completed her certification in the junior and intermediate syllabus, with the advanced syllabus still in progress.  Kia is a Level 1 certified Instructor with Progressing Ballet Techniques and truly appreciates every opportunity to continue growing as a dance educator.
