Vada has trained and competed in a variety of Dance styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Acro, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Modern, and Pointe. Throughout the years she participated in the B.A.T.D. exams in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz, receiving Highly Commended results. She is currently working towards her membership with the B.A.T.D. Vada has a Business Administration- Accounting Diploma from Fleming College in Peterborough. During her time in College, she taught Dance at the YMCA, and soon after started working at A Frost Dance Studio. In 2016, Vada decided to follow her dream and start her own Dance Studio- 3M Dance Works. Vada’s students have won many Special Awards and Overalls at Competitions, often receiving high scores and praise for her Musical Theatre routines.Vada is certified with Progressing Ballet Technique, and is a certified Module 1 instructor with Acrobatic Arts. She stays current with the latest trends and updates in the Dance industry by attending Expos and Workshops each year, such as the Toronto Dance Teacher Expo, Energize Conference in Chicago, and workshops with the B.A.T.D. She has received many certificates at these events from recognized Dance organizations such as Performing Arts Educators of Canada, Canadian Dance Teachers Association, Dancing With Parkinsons, B.A.T.D., and an Affiliate Member Certificate with Dance Masters of Canada. Most recently, Vada became a Certified Acro Dance Adjudicator with ADA.
